Fluke, Tek Parent Danaher Spins-Off T&M Businesses

The new company, called Fortive is already trading under the symbol FTV.

 

Parent company Danaher has completed its spin-off of its test and measurement equipment businesses, including perennial brand Fluke, Yahoo Finance reports.

Fortive’s portfolio now also includes Tektronix, Invetech, Anderson-Negele, and Matco Tools among others. The new company, headquartered in Everett Washington, has been listed on the New York Stock Exchange since  July 5th, 2016.
